In the "Fogbound Dream" update, players will delve into the 11th chapter of the main storyline. Join forces with operatives like Naruse Haru on a covert mission to the mysterious Fifth Research Institute. As you pursue the phantom of Haru's father, hidden histories and secrets shrouded in fog will gradually unfold. Be prepared for highly challenging boss battles, especially against the new boss, "Will Anderson." Will Anderson is not your ordinary adversary, with long-range and close-range attacks, teleportation abilities, and the power to summon elite minions for support and weapon enhancements. In the third phase, the boss coordinates with summoned minions to unleash a devastating attack. To succeed, players must eliminate or interrupt the elite minions' charged skills within a time limit. The new boss's diverse attack methods will put your combat skills to the test, demanding constant vigilance during battle.
Meet the New 5-Star Character "Haru-Absconditus" and More Outfits
Two 5-star characters will receive a limited-time drop-rate boost in this update. "Haru-Absconditus" will make her debut on September 21st, along with the corresponding 5-star weapon, "16-Psyche." Haru-Absconditus wields kinetic damage attacks against enemies through slashing moves, and under specific conditions, she can instantly defeat enemies with HP lower than 50% of her attack power.
Additionally, this update introduces a variety of brand-new outfits, including "Haru - Frostbite Flora," "Fritia - Nimble Hare," "Coronet-Stinging Rose," and more, allowing players to customize their operatives' appearances during battles.
New Version Gameplay and Rich Rewards
The "Fogbound Dream" update also brings exciting version-specific activities. The 7-day log-in mission offers a total of 10 Manifestation Echo Covenants, which can be used in the 5-star character boost event. Explore the first-ever limited-time open world gameplay, "Chasing Light and Shadow," where you can explore a contaminated area covered in yellow fog, collect data samples, and earn rewards. Engage in "Shrouded City Sweep," a new theme for dungeon clearing gameplay, and unlock new multiplayer cooperative activities in "Foolish Mayhem."
